Free-flow toll notification

With free flow, traditional toll barriers disappear, and with them the stops they impose on drivers along their journey ! To replace them, gantries record the passage of vehicles and calculate the toll according to their category and the route taken. This is the case at the Boulay toll plaza (A4) and will gradually be introduced on the Paris-Normandy route (A13/A14) by 2024. To find out more about free-flow tolling, click here.

The free-flow toll notification is a service offered only to Bip&Go customers. With this service, you receive an email the day after you go through the tolls, if your badge wasn’t detected properly. For example, if your badge incorrecly positioned or defective. 

To activate it : 

1. Log in to your subscriber Area
2. In the Menu, go to My details then Alert settings
3. Activate the Notification of undetected passage in free-flow mode 

Or on the application : Account > My details > Alert settings > Notification of undetected passage in free-flow mode

Then, if you haven't already done so, don't forget to link your badge to the number plate and validate the sworn statement ! The notification will only be valid if you make a successful first pass with your electronic toll tag. 

By signing up to this service, you consent to Bip&Go passing your full name, email address and the registration plate(s) registered to your badge(s) on to Sanef.
