Which lane should I take at the tolls for my vehicle?

At the tolls, electronic toll payment lanes are indicated with the symbol.

Depending on the type of vehicle you drive, you can choose various lanes:

  • reserved no-stopping toll lanes
  • reserved electronic toll payment lanes
  • mixed lanes : lanes for all payment methods, including electronic toll payment, but not reserved
  • "all classes" electronic toll payment lanes : lanes that identify the vehicle class and apply the right rate to campervans and motorbikes.

I drive a campervan/caravan. Which electronic toll payment lane should I use?

Use the "all classes" lane, which is often located on the right-hand side of the tolls, or the lanes with no height limit indicated by the logos or

I drive a motorbike. Which electronic toll payment lane should I use?

If you drive a motorcycle (class 5), use a lane that accepts all vehicle categories (with no height limit) and all payment methods or use an "all classes" electronic toll payment lane, which is often located at the right of the tolls and detects the vehicle category.

Make sure you do not take the reserved T 30km/h lanes for class 1 vehicles, as you may be charged at the price of a class 1 vehicle.

I have cargo on the roof (roof box, bicycle on the roof…); which electronic toll payment lane should I use?

To use Liber-t reserved lanes the total vehicle height with cargo must not exceed 2 metres. If your vehicle and cargo are taller than 2 metres or you are not sure, take an electronic toll payment lane with no height limit, without a sign, as long as the lane is indicated with the
