I have changed cars. What should I do?

The Bip&Go electronic toll payment badge is not connected to one particular vehicle, so can be used for the light vehicle of your choice, thanks to a badge holder that you can order in your Bip&Go agency or in your online subscriber area .

However, you must make sure you take the right electronic toll payment lane for your type of vehicle

How do I change my subscription plan?

If you would like to change your subscription plan, contact us via the contact form in your subscriber area , with the subject line as "change plan".

How do I change the way in which I receive my bills?

If you would like to change your billing method, contact us via the contact form in your subscriber area , with the subject line as "change plan".

How do I sponsor a friend?

Bip&Go has a sponsorship offer, with €4 for the sponsor and the sponsored friend.

If you subscribed online:

Log in to your subscriber area and click on the sponsorship button. You can send the sponsorship offer to your friend in just a few clicks.

If you subscribed in an agency:

Give your full name and subscriber number to your friend and advise them to go to one of our Bip&Go agencies with their bank details and ID.

*€4 per sponsorship, paid to the sponsor and the sponsored friend on their bill for the month of sponsorship. Offer limited to private individuals, limited to 5 sponsorships per member, not accumulable with other ongoing promotions. Only valid for "Pay as you go" and "Fixed price" plans. Not valid for home-to-work, toll discount, Liber-t découverte and Liber-t Holiday subscriptions.

Can I pay for several subscription plans from the same bank account? Can I have several badges connected to the same bank account?

Yes, you can have several subscriptions or several badges connected to the same bank account, as long as your subscription plan allows you to have several badges.

If my partner or child would like a badge for their vehicle, do they need another contract or can it be taken out of my bank account?

That is up to you:

You can order an extra badge on your Liber-t subscription, which will be charged to your bank account, as long as your subscription plan allows you to have several badges. Find out more about how to order an extra badge .

If you would like this new electronic toll payment badge to be charged to a difference bank account, the family member in question will have to take out a new contract in their own name with their bank details.

How can I cancel my contract?

You can cancel your Bip&Go contract at any time; there is no minimum duration or mandatory notice period.

To cancel, you must return your badge, either in a Bip&Go agency in France , or by registered post with acknowledgement of receipt addressed to:

The cancellation will be effective upon return of the badge and settlement of all sums owed.

There is no cancellation fee if your Bip&Go badge is returned in good condition within 30 days of your cancellation request. Failing this, the costs defined in the sales T&Cs may be claimed.
