How long is my commitment to Bip&Go?

The subscription to Bip&Go motorway electronic toll payment is without engagement; there is no minimum duration or notice period for cancellation.

I have changed my mind; am I entitled to a period of withdrawal?

In accordance with article L121-21 and onwards of the French Consumer Code, the consumer has a period of 14 days to exercise their right of withdrawal according to the terms displayed on the withdrawal form available on the website of the issuing company: https://www.bipandgo.com/en .

How can I cancel my contract?

You can cancel your Bip&Go contract at any time; there is no minimum duration or mandatory notice period.

To cancel, you must return your badge, either in a Bip&Go agency in France, or by registered post with acknowledgement of receipt addressed to:

The cancellation will be effective upon return of the badge and settlement of all sums owed.

There is no cancellation fee if your Bip&Go badge is returned in good condition within 30 days of your cancellation request. Failing this, the costs defined in the sales T&Cs may be claimed. The cancellation of the contract will take effect once the badge or badges have been returned.

To which address should I send my badge when I cancel my contract?
